Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping charges for each order of value more than KSh. 5,000 will be delivered free of cost and orders less than KSh. 5,000 will be charges a flat fee of KSh. 500 across the country. international orders must check with us on shipping cost and shipping method by writing email to orders@sumoshop.co.ke
- Sumo Computers will consider each order as one shipping point.
- We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate shipping method according to the size and weight of your order, the location of your shipping address and other factors.
- Orders within Kisumu area will be shipped within 24 hours. Orders for up country (Outside Kisumu) will be shipped the same day if the order is received before 15:00 hours of order, otherwise will be shipped the following working day. However, delivery time varies depending on geographical locals. Note that shipping times are estimates not guaranteed.
- Shipping times can be affected by factors over which Sumo Computers has no control, including incorrect delivery addresses, weather, courier delays, customs delays and Post Office delivery restrictions.
- Sumo Computers is not responsible for receiving and processing an order with an incorrect shipping address. Please check your shipping address for accuracy. Please allow for additional time for all out of town and international orders.
- Sumo Computers cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by the purchaser or recipient of orders due to shipment failure or late delivery.
- Sumo Computers is unable to provide free shipping on orders that are split between multiple shipping addresses.
- A split order will not be considered as a single consignment and may be treated as a multiple order, hence attract additional courier charges.
- Some orders might require sourcing of the items from a distributor, in this case the order might delay. While this is not the norm, Sumo Computers will always communicate to the customer about the same.
